Hey....Just a note to tell you that Everett was absolutely the best. I have been buying cars for 40 years now, and let me tell you, it will be a long cold day before I deal with anyone but Everett!! He was outstanding, prepared, ready to work with us, and of course, he had the vehicle I wanted (but didn't know it) ready for us. He is truly an asset to your company!! I would say that before I found Everett, I had talked with at least 10 different dealerships over a twelve week period. As long as Everett is at Tynan's, I feel I have a home in the car dealership business.
Due to him, we were in and out in a minimum of time, and with a vehicle that I am proud to show off to everyone. (And am I ever showing it off!!)
I am just sorry that I didn't start with Everett and Tynan's first!! I can assure you that in the future, the first place I am calling is Tynan's, and "fer sure, you bettcha" I will be telling everyone I know about you!!
Keep up the good work.......and tell Everett that in 40 years I have never "bonded" with and trusted a car salesperson more!!

We wanted to take this opportunity to praise several of your Volkswagen employees for their outstanding dedication to customer service. We recently purchase our tenth (10th) Volkswagen in eleven years yesterday, a 2006 Passat 2.0. Shortly after purchasing our vehicle we experienced an unusually high number of problems with this vehicle. As we have for the last eleven years, we took our car to Tynan's Volkswagen in Aurora, CO for service. After numerious attempts to fix our car it became necessary for us to contact Volkswagen of America to express our displeasure with this vehicle. It was at this time that your local representatives stepped in and provided a level of service that can only be described at exceptional. Our experience with Greg Wolfe, Tynan's Service Manager...Pete Tynan, owner of Tynan's Volkswagen was one which we remember and talk about for years to come. We believe they went above and beyond what is expected in the automotive industry and should be recognized at the highest level...Purchasing a vehicle is an expensive proposition these days, and owner loyalty is something we don't take lightly...While we have always purchased VW's, and have always taken our cars to Tynan's for service, we haven't always purchased our cars from Pete and his family. Because of his and Greg Wolfe's work in our case, that has changed and they have now earned our loyalty.
